Acceptance of terms

By adding Beebo's Control Ward to your Discord server or using any of its commands, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the bot.

Description of service

Beebo's Control Ward is a Discord bot that provides League of Legends player statistics, match history, live game information, and server leaderboards by interfacing with Riot Games' official API. The bot allows users to link their Riot accounts to their Discord profiles for convenient access to these features.

No warranty

The bot is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the bot will be available at all times, free from errors, or that the data it provides will be accurate or up-to-date. Data is retrieved from Riot Games' API and may be subject to delays, inaccuracies, or outages on Riot's end.

Modifications and availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the bot (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

User conduct

By using the bot, you agree that you will not:

• Abuse, exploit, or attempt to overload the bot or its infrastructure.
• Use the bot for any purpose that violates Discord's Terms of Service or Riot Games' Terms of Service.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the bot.
• Use automated scripts or tools to interact with the bot in a way that exceeds normal usage patterns.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to ban individual users or entire servers from using the bot at our sole discretion if we determine that the bot is being abused or these terms are being violated.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the bot. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in data retrieved from Riot Games' API.

Third-party services

The bot relies on third-party services including Discord and Riot Games' API. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services. Your use of Discord is governed by Discord's own terms and policies, and your Riot Games account is governed by Riot Games' terms and policies.

Intellectual property

Beebo's Control Ward is not affiliated with or endorsed by Riot Games, Inc. League of Legends, Riot Games, and all related logos, characters, names, and distinctive likenesses are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc. All game-related data is provided via Riot Games' official API.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time by updating this page. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the bot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
